Given the nature of our premier spice blends, our products are NONREFUNDABLE.
All orders are fulfilled from our East Coast facility via USPS. Once your order is processed, shipping normally takes 5-7 business days depending on your region. We currently do not accept international orders.
As soon as your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. A link will be provided to stay up to date on your package.
The Spice Theory will provide tracking information for your order once it is processed and shipped. If you have not received your package and it’s marked as DELIVERED in the USPS system, please contact USPS within 24 hours for up to date information and status of your package.
The Spice Theory takes pride in ensuring that each order is packaged to minimize any damage to our premier product. Unfortunately, once an order leaves our fulfillment facility, we are not responsible for any damages caused during the shipping process. If an order is inappropriately packaged, we will gladly replace the tampered item (with proof of improper packaging). Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Our spice blends are handcrafted and freshly ground to extend the shelf life longevity. For best quality, follow storage directions outlined on the packaging and use within 6-9 months. The stronger the smell, the better the flavor profile. Let the aroma lead you and replace it when it starts to fade!
