Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Our products are NONREFUNDABLE. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any products unless there is a defect that we are responsible for.

Damaged Packages

The Spice Theory takes pride in ensuring that each order is packaged to minimize any damage to our premier product. Unfortunately, once an order leaves our fulfillment facility, we are not responsible for any damages caused during the shipping process. Please contact USPS to file a claim, and resolve the issue. If an order is inappropriately packaged, we will gladly replace the tampered item (with proof of improper packaging). Please reach out to support@shopspicetheory.com for further assistance.
