Shipping policy

The Spice Theory offers Priority Shipping for all orders over $70, with delivery across the continental U.S. and Canada only. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is received.

While we offer shipping to Canada, we do not ship to any other international destinations at the moment.

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase! The Spice Theory will not refund or replace orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error, unless the order is returned to us. In such cases, only the product cost will be refunded; taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy

While we cannot accept returns of any opened spice blends, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your spice blends, please contact us and we will make it right. We will do our best to provide a refund and/or replacement for damaged or incorrect items.

How long does it take to process an order?

Each artisanal spice blend is handcrafted in small batches. After receiving your order confirmation email, please allow 4-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your order to be fulfilled and processed for shipping. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

 

Order Processing

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@thespicetheory.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. 

Incorrect Mailing Address

Customers must ensure the accuracy of their provided shipping address. The Spice Theory will not refund or replace orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error, except when the order is returned to us. Our spice blends are shipped from our New York fulfilment center to domestic destinations only. Currently, we do not ship to international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 5-7 business days for domestic delivery.

Lost or stolen packages

Unfortunately, once your order leaves our warehouse we have no control over it. If your package is marked as delivered by USPS or UPS but you did not receive it, please contact and file a claim with the carrier.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thespicetheory.com with you name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
