Guacamole
Ingredients:
- "Scotch on the Rocks" Smoked Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sea Salt
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 vine ripe tomato
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 lime
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ small red onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
Directions:
- Peel and deseed the avocado, and add to a bowl.
- Dice the red onion and set aside.
- Remove the seeds from the tomato and finely dice.
- Chop the cilantro.
- Press the garlic
- Juice 1 lime into the bowl being careful to remove the seeds.
- Finely dice the jalapeño
- Season with "Scotch on the Rocks" Smoked Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sea Salt.
- Combine all the ingredients and serve.
Tips:
- Leave the avocado slightly chunky.
- The heat from the jalapeño is mostly in the seeds so remove the seeds for a milder guacamole.
