Easy Pretzel Bites
Ingredients
- "Scotch on the Rocks" Smoked Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sea Salt
- 1 can of biscuits
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 2 quarts water
Directions
- Separate each biscuit and roll into a 4 to 5 inch long.
- Cut each log into 4 bites.
- Bring a large pot with water so it doesn't boil over when you add the baking soda.
- Working in small batches, boil each bite for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Remove with a slotted spoon to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush with an egg wash and sprinkle a generous amount of "Scotch on the Rocks" Smoked Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sea Salt onto each bite.
- Bake at 425° for about 15 minutes.
